Opening Times
Sunday/Monday - Closed
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - 10am to 7pm
Friday - 10am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
Cancellations
Your appointment is important. If you need to cancel please allow 48 hours notice to enable me to fill your unused slot, otherwise full fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late I will do my best to complete as much of your treatment as possible within the time frame. If you are so late that you have completely missed your time slot this will be considered a no-show, therefore the treatment will have to be paid for.
Courses
Full payment will be required in advance at the time of booking and the cancellation policy applies.
Extended Treatments
For treatments over 2 hours, full payment will be required at the time of booking. The cancellation policy will apply.
